Tami Bogea

I am a research associate in the Moritz lab. I am currently studying membrane biogenesis in the photoreceptors of Xenopus laevis. We are investigating possible roles of the protein prominin, which has been previously associated with human macular degeneration, in disk morphogenesis of rods and cones.

During my free time, I enjoy being with my family, playing acoustic guitar and reading.
